CMS is offering a chance to lighten the load on your camp fee. If you participate in the 11th Annual Girls Interclub Walkathon, you could win any of these three awards: Generosity (Most Pledges), Magnanimity (Most Money Raised), and Fortitude (Most Laps Completed) – each coming with a $150 prize!💕

But wait, there's more! 🎉 Just by joining the walk-a-thon—whether in person or virtually—and getting fundraising pledges, you will automatically receive a $100 camp scholarship! You heard it right! You could receive up to $250 off your camp fee! ✨ That's a win-win! Get ready to lace up those sneakers, have a blast, and see you at the 11th Annual Walkathon!​

IN-PERSON WALK-A-THON
on Sat. Apr. 5, 2025

  1. Join the walkathon held on Sat. Apr. 5, 2025 at 10:00-11:30 AM at Arbolado Park, Walnut Creek, CA94596. Meet at the top parking lot.​ 
  2. The goal is to walk as many laps as possible within the course of an hour. 
  3. Get at least 4 sponsors (family & friends) who will pledge a certain dollar amount per lap that you complete, or a flat donation for the entire event. Raise a minimum of $200. 
  4. Funds that you collect in excess of $200 can be used towards your camp fee.
  5. Foward a pledge form to each sponsor. Pledge forms can be obtained here. Forms are due on Sun. Mar. 30, 2025. 
  6. Wear appropriate attire. Come rain or shine!​

VIRTUAL FIT-A-THON

This option is available for those who are unable to attend the in-person Walk-A-Thon.
  1. To participate, obtain at least 4 sponsors.
  2. Foward a pledge form to each sponsor. Pledge forms can be obtained here. Forms are due on Sun. Mar. 30, 2025.
  3. Raise a minimum of $200. Funds that you collect in excess of $200 can be used towards your camp fee.
  4. Perform a total of 1 hour of fitness activity e.g. running, biking, walking, sports, etc. by yourself or with your family.
  5. Track and report your progress with photos to your sponsors. 
  6. Submit your pledge form and money. 
Camp Monte Stella is a leadership program of Stellar Leadership, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations are gratefully received and tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
