OUR STAFF

Camp Monte Stella is lead by adult staff, college and high school counselors, including a camp nurse, and the Board of Stellar Leadership, Inc. The counselors are selected through an in-depth application process, and trained through the camp development program with the assistance of Charwick Study Center. Our counselors are committed to the training program that lasts from February through June. Through this training, the counselors gain confidence and leadership ability, and mastery of the material they teach, for helping others to become leaders.

ELECTRONICS USE POLICY

  • Wi-fi is not available at the campsite.
  • No cellphone use at camp. Cellphones interfere with the trust and bonding that should take place with peers and counselors at an overnight camp. Allow your child to "unplug" from their electronics and situations with friends at home. Cellphones will be taken away and returned on closing day. Please communicate all arrangements with your child before camp begins.
  • No electronic gadgets allowed at camp. This includes, but not limited to, laptops, iPads, iPods, MP3 players, CD players, Nintendo and other handheld systems.
